This project is located in a leafy residential area in south west London, Ontario. The existing house was constructed in the 50s and had an addition built in the 70s. In order to capture the clients' vision of a modern home, the home required an extensive renovation while still being economical and retaining as much of the existing home as possible. We have retained the basement and second floor footprint and designed to suit any existing constraints. The result will be a sensitive but beautiful modern intervention to the neighbourhood.
